Regarding all materials coming out of the former Soviet Union, I have been
very suspicious of all the literature we have received from various firms
claiming they can supply materials cheaper, faster, etc.  I have therefore
not made any vendor switches.  We do not subscribe to that many Russian-
language materials or translations anymore (recent budget trimming has
resolved a lot of the problems), so when I checked the most recent
promotional mailing from Interperiodica, we only take one journal, and
that one is with a subscription vendor.  That vendor has not asked us to
clarify whose translation we want, and based on the price we paid them, I
suspect they are leaving our order with Consultant's.  We will just have
to keep monitoring the situation.
