Our library uses dbaseIV for certain serials statistics but not for
invoicing.  We have a Bill Later list for accounting purposes as these are
sometimes left behind when considering budget requests.  We also use our
dbaseIV for our own inhouse periodicals listing. This listing is for the
students to check our holdings.  From this listing we generate a subject
listing by subject or department.  We have just recently added a microfilm
check-in program as a test program.  I have not added material to this yet
but expect it to be just as useful and reliable as my other programs.  We
did hire a computer person to write the original program just as we wanted
to use it.  We are all very happy with it.
