I am currently using a PC-based serials software system
which is stand alone. It is called DAVEXPC and was
developed by SERIALS MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (SMS) in London,
Ontario.  It has all of the capabilities that you mentioned.
I have been using it for about 4 years, and I am the system
administrator as well as the Periodicals Librarian.  If you

please do.  By the way SMS CANADA was taken over by FAXON
about a year or so ago.
