We will soon begin to catalog full text journals published on CD-ROM.
How have other libraries decided which titles to catalog?  Do you
catalog all titles in a given CD-ROM product?  If you catalog only
some titles and not others,

        who decided which titles to catalog (e.g., collection
        development librarian, cataloger, special committee), and

        what criteria did you use to make that decision (e.g., only
        format purchased by library, availability of cataloging copy,
        level of use)?
