The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign consists of
 38 individual libraries along with a central stacks area
 and each one has a different policy concerning journals.
 The Engineering Library allows everyone to charge out
 periodicals but for varying time periods.  Everyone can take
 the loose unbound journals out, but they are due the next
 day 1 hour after we are open.  Undergraduates can check out
 our bound journals for 1 day only.  They are due the next
 day before we close which is often (5 of 7 days) at 11pm.
 Everyone else can check out our bound volumes for 1 week.
 Journals are not renewable.
