We circulate bound journals for 4 days and current issues overnight or for
2 hours during the day.  We do not circulate bound journals less than 3 years
old -- generally -- for the 4 day borrowing period because they are still
heavily used.  So current year plus 2 years back are restricted to the
overnight or 2 hour periods.
