In response to Marsha Skoman:

UW-RIVER FALLS currently follows the plan you're describing.  We have
little problem with having entire runs in one area.  Students are told
that the most current issue comes at the end of the run.  The only draw-
back are community patrons or new freshmen who continually ask where our
current periodicals area is located, but , fortunately this happens
infrequently.
