Subject:      Canada House of Commons order paper

On July 7, we received Order Paper and Notice Paper no. 165 from the House
of Commons of Canada; it was dated Monday, Sept. 21, 1992.  Today we
received the same number, dated Wednesday, July 15, 1992; the "new" one
is over 3 times as thick.  Was the Sept. 21 issue just a gross misprint?
Has anybody else run into this and figured it out?
