It seems to me that AACR2 Revised and the CONSER editing manual
contradict each other as to the order of notes in a serial record.
Although I don't particularly think the order of notes is critical, I
was wondering if I should follow CONSER over AACR2. The manual says
to input the notes in numeric tag order. This means that the
reproduction note (533) would come before the language note (546)
which somehow seems wrong to me. Am I overlooking something?
