Action number 13 interests us here at the University of Texas
at Arlington Libraries, however, how does one go about verifing "the
accuracy of vendor service charges?"  That is, what measure or
criteria do we use to judge whether or not a "service charge" is
accurate or inaccurate?  Do we ask the vendor what their particular
policies are or is there a universal and accepted standard that
should be applied to service charges?  We would greatly appreciate
enlightenment on this point.
