I decided to take the bull by the horns and just call them about issue no.
3259.  Their toll free number people were amazingly helpful.

Anyway, there is/will be an issue no. 3259.  It is/will be dated April 3rd,
and is a Special Top 1000 issue.  Release date is just about now so it should
be received soon.
