At Oklahoma State U. we are currently entering our
serial holdings into NOTIS.  For NOTIS libraries using
the 866 field in the MHLD, do you put retention decisions in
the |z field for public display (e.g., Retain current issues
until microfilm received)? Or is this info put into the copy
level note for retention plus location ("Current issues in
Periodicals until microfilm received.") Please answer to
