Kathi, I think you need to clarify what you mean by bindery records.
For example, we put the binding frequency on our O/P/R to help us
prepare a list of what to pull (manually compiled). Our Health
Sciences Library uses the R (receipt) lines to show what has been
sent to the bindery. We create item records with temporary locations
of "At Bindery". We do not put the color number, or any other
binder details in our records, as those appear on our pattern masters.
