Subject: Euromoney research guides

Here at New York University, we cataloged the 1992 Guide to selected
domestic bond markets as a monograph, after reading the text and
deciding that it was unclear whether this publication was just a
"one-off" special issue or, in fact, a new subseries. We added a note
that quoted "Published with the January issue of Euromoney" and
a 730 for Euromoney. We also added a 440 for Euromoney research
guides, which we have established locally as a series. We did not
add linking fields to the serial record, because there are so many of
these special issues it would overload our serial record. After doing
all this, we also notified our business school library staff to keep
a lookout for a 1993 Guide to selected domestic bond markets next
January, and if it shows up, we will probably recatalog the title
as a serial.
