Subject: SERIALST on INTERNET

As a newcomer to both BITNET and INTERNET I would appreciate knowing if SERIALS
T is available on INTERNET?  If so, address please.

I would also be interested in any recommendations with regard to binding
periodicals without rounding the spine and/or binding the volumes flush
with the bottom of the cover.

We are looking at out binding procedures and a suggestion has been made that we
consider both these approaches.
