Subject: Indiana Theory Review

We have a Music faculty member in search of v.4 (1991) of the above title.
Our Music vendor told us that this volume was never published, but the
faculty member insists he has 2 citations for this vol.  Inquiries to
Indiana University School of Music have gone unanswered.  My question:
does anyone out there own this volume? If so, could we then send you
an ILL request for the articles our patron needs?  (The information from
this particular vendor has always been suspect, but we cannot verify
in other sources that this vol. was actually published.)
