We here at Lehigh University have been having problems receiving our 3 copies
of the Chronicle of Higher Education. We get 2 just fine, but haven't seen a
third copy for about 2 months. Our problem, however, appears to be with the
publisher, rather than the delivery. Although all 3 subscriptions are paid
up, the third has a different start date from the other 2, so perhaps the
subscription lapses just as payment is made. In any case, our vendor (EBSCO)
has pledged to get all 3 subscriptions in sync, so we should never miss
another issue. It sounds as if your problem is different from ours.

We currently have 1 library subscription and 55 departmental subs. (that go
directly to departments or Board of Regents). We rarely get complaints about
delivery. That is nice, for a change. Occasionally payments get posted to
the wrong accounts, but even that is minimal and our vendor straightens
that out.
