 There is a librarian in our library who likes to keep professional
 journals on her desk forever.  Some of the journals she still keeps
 are from last Oct.!  The other librarians have no chances to read
 these professional journals when they are still up-to-date.  This
 problem bothers a lot of us, but no one wants to be the "bad" person
 to tell her.   Does anyone have good suggestions to solve this problem?

 (p.s.) Believe me, it is more difficult to get journals back from a
  librarian than from a patron.
