There was some down time on the network here last week -- most noticeably
on Thursday.  Some messages were forwarded to SERIALST twice because they
didn't appear to go out on the first try.  I'm not sure what happened to
make a message that was sent out on Thursday, suddenly decide to resurface
as a Saturday posting.  Must've been a traffic jam somewhere out there!
Anyway, apologies for the confusion.  Hopefully it won't happen again...
