SERIALS LIBRARIAN.   Ladd Library, Bates College, has opening for
librarian responsible for cataloging all serials, including
periodicals and government serial publications, and supervises the
public service aspects of the periodicals and micromedia area.
MLS, familiarity with the OCLC system or other utility, strong
interest in issues of collection development and public access for
periodicals.  2-3 years experience in cataloging serials preferred.
Generous benefits.  Salary $22-25,000, depending on experience.
