We created check-in records as material was received, but in reverse order
of frequency, starting with quarterly (or less frequent titles), and working
our way down to weeklies. This made it easier to catch all our titles within
a limited amount of time, and also, since quarterlies are usually easier to
work with, it meant starting out with relatively simple records.
