Here at the University of Miami we are currently planning how best to handle
the volume of work brought on by the creation of online checkin records.

It seems it could be handled one of two ways:  (1) as material is received,
or (2) alphabetically.  We are leaning toward the first option.  Would anyone
care to share their experiences, preferences, admonishments???
