merging several regional lists into a comprehensive one.  Betty Landesman,
George Washington University, will summarize the content and status of
NISO voting for the draft standard for "Holdings Statements for Bibliographic
Items", Z39.71.

     Discussion of solicitation of opinion on whether to undertake new edition
of Directory of Union Lists, and plans for annual meeting.
