I would like to see the responses re Electronic journals in libraries, as well.
The librarians here receive electronic journals related to library operations,
but we have none we make accessible to library users.  I would like to know
more about how many libraries are doing this/are planning to do this, what
arrangements are made for archiving back issues, costs, access points,
cataloging--the works.  We are concerned that, in a period of shrinking
budgets, we may be overlooking a very useful and economical means of
expanding access to information needed by university faculty, students,
administrators, etc.
