Gerry---the library at Bentley College has had the NewsBank CR-ROM indexes for
about a year now. We placed it in the Reference area right between the print
indexes and the Infotrac machines. Our reasoning is that it is just another
index, and belongs in with the other indexes, rather than with the microfilm
materials. It has worked well for us, and has the advantage of being under the
eye of the reference desk so that we can help/monitor the use of it.
