Don't you love these last minute assignments!  At the Richter library - the main
    library - at the U of Miami, we arrange periodicals, current and bound, in
three alphabetical sequences.  New issues are displayed on slanted shelves
for one day.  They are then shelved in pigeon hole shelving until the volume is
complete.  When they are bound they go into a third sequence.  All these are in
   the same large reading room.  8 public photocopiers are in an adjacent room.
