Since it is not numbered into Newsweek and does not call itself a supplement or
 special issue of that title, I see no choice but to catalog it (if retained) a
s a monograph with a 730 for Newsweek.  If the piece does not purport to be a p
art of Newsweek, I don't see much danger that articles in it will be cited as s
uch.
