At the University of Kentucky we normally assign journals by "agency,"
which normally means by discipline.  However, for items that are inter-
disciplinary, we have several "general"  acounts--Humanities General,
Social Sciences General, and Science General--which we rely on for
dealing with very broad topics or for titles that might be shared
among several fields.  It has helped to protect some titles from removal.
