I think the idea of posting TOC of relevant journals and highlights of
articles of interest to users is a great idea.  I have learned a great deal
from following up on references in list messages -- and have collected
several useful bibliographies.  Here at Drexel we used to have an "SDI"
service (actually a title-page alert service coupled with photocopy request)
but that was cut along with about $200K of serials.  I welcome any attempts
to keep all of us "up" with the professional and research literature.
