Many institutions, Clemson among them, are beginning to wrestle with
the challenges of incorporating electronic journals into our
collections.  Questions of storage, creating bibliographic records
for items which may or may not be stored locally, archiving,
downloading, etc. are of interest to a large number of libraries.
Those of you who have begun to address the issues surrounding
electronic journals, please respond to the list.  Brainstorming and
idea sharing can be invaluable at this stage.
