We do not sort.  We found that everyone became more efficient in handling
non-Latin alphabets.  However, claiming did suffer a little.  Maybe the
difference has to do with a smaller staff and fewer serials.  The
infamous backlog is problems, and has little to do with current flow
of material.  The first in, first out has been maintained with no
problem (by keeping track of which shelf has the oldest stuff.
