Regarding Sandra Lindberg's question on cataloging of annuals:
Columbia handles true annuals as serials. They fit our definition of a
serial. If you're talking about subsequent editions of books that come
out annually, sometimes, that is a little different. But annual
reports, annual directories, some annual conferences, but not all -
depends on how often the conference changes it's name and whether it
really is serial in nature. However, we classify our annuals, so this
may not be of any help to you.
