Susan, (et al), We have used China International Book Trading Corporation,
P.O. Box 399, Beijing, China.  They correspond in English and appear to do a
decent job for Chinese serials.  As for Cuesta, we use for standing orders.
They hardely ever (maybe never) respond to inquiries.  We do get material
but if there is a problem with it, it's very difficult to resolve.  Have
stoppped using them for periodicals (we have had a contract with Faxon for
