At the University of New York at Buffalo we got a fax from our Director,
Barbara von Wahlde, indicating that all was OK with her in Moscow.  I agree
with Jim.  When the news first hit my ears (at 5:50 am on Monday), I was
shocked to find that the FIRST thing I thought of was the IFLA people who
