The WASHINGTON POST today (8/21) ran a similar story but that was probably
before the shooting started.  One telephone call from a staff member there
on Monday was also upbeat.  From the POST article it would appear the
meeting hall is close to the parliament building, so things could have
changed in the last few hours.
