I would be very interested to know if any Library is using the barcode printed
 on serial issues to accession the issue (i.e. using a wand).  If so, are there
 any problems with this method (accuracy of barcode in describing issue? etc,
 what proportion don't have barcode, how do you cope with these?)

Any feedback would be very much appreciated.
