We are somewhat new to the creation of MHFL 853/4/5's and I have an
intersting question.

I am referring to the subfield x (calendar change).  I have a journal that
renumbers with the January/February issue.  The title is bimonthly, with each
issue covering two months.

Do I code this as 01 (for January), as 01/02, as 01-02, or as something else.
 The code is silent on this subject.
