The ALCTS Executive Committee started the ALCTS News Network (AN2) at its
meeting two weeks ago.  The first issue is now out.  If you were a subscriber
to the _Newsletter on Serials Pricing Issues_, you should automatically
be subscribed to AN2.  This is not sent as an e-mail file but as a RECEIVE
file.
