As a relative newcomer to the world of acquisitions, I hope that I'm
permitted an occasional stupid question.  The recent discussion here of
fulfillment houses has piqued my curiosity.  What are these beasts and
where do they fit in the scheme of things?  Here at Lehigh (as
everywhere, I guess), we've been trying to solve the missing issues
problem.  Are fulfillment houses the answer?
