I have also been having renewal problems with titles we receive from
fulfillment houses.  This year seems to have been worse.  I am considering
   adding the ID string from the mailing label to Faxon's AISL (an information
service line)  Faxon reports that the AISL will go to the publisher.
Is anyone doing this, and if so, has it been successful?  I realize that the
chance of entry error would be very high, so I would have to check to
see that Faxon input the string correctly.    Thanks.
