NEODATA (and other fulfillment centers, I'm sure) run general purpose
distribution services for popular periodicals.  Libraries just aren't part of
their view of the world, as far as I can see.  Would it help to at least try
to educate them?  How about inviting them, or at least a representative, to
NASIG for a discussion of "mutual problems"?  I'm not talking here about
inviting them to open themselves to our attacks, however much we might feel
we'd like to attack them.  Just a discussion of what we do and what they do,
with maybe a tour of a large Serials department thrown in might help to open
a dialog and perhaps lead to behavior modification (and slightly easier
relationships) for both parties.
