We use READMORE for our serials service. We have had excellent
service from them. The only continual problems we have are with
titles servied by NEODATA out of Colorado(?). They serve as a
fullfillment house for many popular serials. Remember all those
stupid postcards from Boulder? How do you deal with them? They
seem to dislike handling any missing issues at all. Is there
anything that can be done to force them to improve their service?
