        As another NOTIS library with version 4.6 loaded, I vote "no" for
510 fields displaying in the OPAC.  In point of fact, we have actually
deleted these for years from the cataloging record altogether since they
become outdated, refer to indexes we don't always own, and take up space in
the reocrd, whether it is a card or online.
