Marcia,  some news about the soviet journal situation and kamkin.
University of Maryland College Park has received two refund checks from
Kamkin for two soviet titles.  The attached memorandum ("Dear Subscriber")
states that "your subscription has been cancelled by the publisher for
1991. The title will not be published".  I wonder how many more of these we
will see? Most of our Russian journals come through Kamkin.
