I have repeatedly tried to send a subscribe command to your listserv and the be
st result I have gotten is to be informed that subscribe is an unkown command.
 I recently became a NOTIS user and, as head of a department that includes seri
als, I joined the Serials SIG.  I would like to subscribe to SERIALST.
