Does anybody have a clause in their binding contract that allows for an
evaluation of compliance at 3 or 4 months? I want to be able to provide some
feedback and/or have some documentation provided for in the contract, but I'm
not sure how formal the evaluation needs to be. If the binder is doing ok, I
don't want to invest a lot ofstaff time, BUT if things aren't going well, I wa
nt a good early documentation tool. The general areas i'm thinking about are -
- quality of work--responsiveness to probelms--delivery schedule --and error
rate. Any comments will be appreciated.
