We also report to both NST and CASSI and use a small form for
reporting (homemade Mac product).  The form is completed as part
of the cataloging process and they are sent out about once a month
in a batch. Although slightly labor intensive, it seems to be our
best solution at this time.  I'd like to hear alternative ideas
myself.
