We used Bernan for years, but always were hassled by our Acctg. dept 'cause of
the need to have a depoist account.  For the last year we have been using a ven
dor in Portland, OR.  no discount but no handling charge either.  response
time and fullfillment time ok so far--we do comparatively low activity though.
