In response to Thomas Sanders question, the owner of the NOTRBCAT list issues
a directory of current subscribers from time-to-time giving names, full
addresses, and job titles.  She encourages new subscribers to send an
introductory message describing themselves and if relevant their library.

On other lists, including SERIALST, the only way to find out who else is
subscribing is to use the REVIEW command to obtain the name and network
address of all subscribers to that list.
