My apologies for the confusion about the citations for the Jim Cole and
Jackie Zajanc articles.  I based the information on what appeared on the
Xerox copies of those two articles which I had in a file folder.  The
copies had been made from the monograph that Haworth Press had made (as
it so often does) of issues of the SERIALS LIBRARIAN.  The article's
first page stated quite explicitly that it was from SL v.11,no.1 and
I assumed (mistakenly as it turned out) that the page numbers would be
the same in the periodical issue and the monograph.

I now have a copy of the SERIALS LIBRARIAN, V.11, NO.1 (SEPT. 1986) in
front of me.  The Cole article is on pages 5-14 and the Zajanc article
is on pp. 15-21.
